We’re expanding our membership options in 2023/24 to allow more of our supporters and Pay As You Go players to become members. Options are:

Basic membership

An optional membership for supporters and players at Pay As You Go sessions of £5 per year 1 Oct – 30 Sept. 

Standard membership

A membership for regular players, giving full access to the club*. Choose from:

a) £15 a month per player. (First payment of £15 includes club membership for year 1 Oct – 30 Sept, or

b) family membership of £20 a month. (One adult, two children. Larger families please enquire.) First payment includes club membership for each player for year 1 Oct – 30 Sept), or 

c) annual upfront payment of £165 per player for year 1 Oct – 30 Sept. For 2023, anyone who has already paid £15 for October can deduct that from their payment, i.e. pay £150; or 

d) annual upfront payment of £220 per family for year 1 Oct – 30 Sept. (One adult, two children. Larger families please enquire.) For 2023, anyone who has already paid £20 for October can deduct that from their payment, i.e. pay £200. 

*Full access to the club is based on fair usage. If the facilities are being used excessively, fees may be reviewed on an individual basis.

Become a member

To become a member, simply complete our DTTC PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM (also available at the club) and email to info@dumfriesttc.co.uk or return to a committee member at the club. Once we have registered you, you will receive a membership card with a digital or print option.

How to pay

 Basic membership can be paid by cash or card at the club, or by bank transfer. Monthly Standard memberships should ideally be paid by standing order – which you can cancel at any time – but can also be paid by cash or card at the club. Payments must be made by the 1st of each month. Annual upfront payments must be paid by bank transfer. Account details are on the membership form or available upon request from treasurer@dumfriesttc.co.uk

As a privately-owned club, we rely on our members to help meet our running costs through membership, session fees and supporting fund-raising activities such as our 50/50 draw. In addition, having a thriving membership helps the club when applying for outside funding, and influencing table tennis in Scotland.
