Dumfries TTC AGM Tues 18 August 2026 – with 50th anniversary cake!
Our club AGM will be held in the main hall at the club at 19.30 on Tuesday August 18th.
The AGM will begin at 19.30, but we’re inviting members to come from 19.00 – 19.30 to share an “Elaine-special” cake to celebrate 50 years since DTTC was formed!
As we have now had approval from the regulator to become a charity, members will vote at this AGM on whether to wind up the old club and transfer its assets to Dumfries Table Tennis Club SCIO.
The 2026 AGM is therefore an important one for the future of the club, so please make every effort to attend. We will be asking members to complete a short form to let us know you are coming or to send apologies. The form will also let you request a proxy vote if you are unable to attend.
