The Dumfries Table Tennis Club AGM will be on Tuesday 18 August, 19.30 at the club.
It is an especially momentous AGM this year. Not only will we be sharing a cake to celebrate DTTC’s 50th anniversary, but we will be voting on whether to become a charity to help us develop and thrive even more in the years ahead.
The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) has now approved our application to set up Dumfries Table Tennis Club as a charity (a SCIO), so we have already successfully completed the first part of the process. The next step is for existing club members to vote on winding up the current club and transferring all its assets to the new SCIO.
We look forward to a great turn-out from members at this exciting time in the club’s history!
